Can I rush my order?
I always do my very best to help with rush orders! Oftentimes, I am able to accommodate rush order needs. Please note there will be a rush order fee because essentially your order gets jumped to the front of the line. What is your return policy?
Due to the made to order nature of my handcrafted pieces, there are no returns allowed at this time. I am meticulous about checking every piece before it gets sent to you. With that said, if there is a problem I somehow overlooked, I would be glad to exchange your item for another or offer in-store credit upon inspection of your returned item. You must contact me within 5 business days of receiving your order with any concerns you may have.
Do you offer exchanges?
In the event that you believe I have made an error with your order, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your item, and I would be glad to exchange the product or offer an in-store credit. There are no size exchanges at this time.
Am I able to cancel my order?
I start working on your order as soon as it is placed. If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24 hour window, cancellations, if approved, will be accepted in the form of in-store credit only.
Can I make a change to my order once it is placed?
Once your order is placed, I begin working hard on your handcrafted items. Due to the made to order nature of each piece I send out, no changes are allowed at this time. We are also unable to change shipping addresses once an order is place. For more information on this, please see the Shop Policies page.
I ordered twice last week, can you combine my orders?
We can try to accommodate your needs but combining orders is not a guarantee at this time.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! A great way to keep up on sales, discounts, and new products is by following me on social media accounts. I am most active on Instagram and the P & the Lion VIP Facebook Page.
Where is my order made?
Every item is handmade by me, TC, right in my home, cut on my dining room table while my kids play nearby. I sew every order in the study, my office now, of our home.I love being able to create beautiful pieces for you and your little girls and boys!
What are your care instructions?
Most of my pieces are made with high quality fabric that are made to last through lots of washes! To have your items last the longest, wash cold and lay or hang to dry, but unless otherwise stated in the item description of each item, items can also be dried. Capes and specialty fabrics like leg warmers should be dry cleaned or spot cleaned. The better you take care of your items, the longer they will last as all other items you love.
